Design Verification and Safety Assessment?
Pressure Equipment Design Verification
Pressure equipment design verification is a requirement for Hazard level A, B, C or D equipment that are imported, supplied or newly installed.
Equipment Inspection
The inspection of manufactured items is recommended to determine whether a product, a service, a process or equipment is compliant with applicable statutory regulations and standards.!!!!
Functional Safety Assessment
We undertake risk assessments to determine the hazards and hazardous events of processes and associated equipment, the sequence of events leading to the hazardous event, the process risks associated with the hazardous event, the requirements for risk reduction and the safety functions required to achieve the necessary risk reduction requirement defined by the Client / Operator.
Pressure Equipment Design Verification
We perform the engineering services of design verifier. Design verification of pressure equipment is required by the relevant statutory design standards.!!!

Functional Safety Assessment
We perform the functions specific to the requirements of IEC-61511-1 / ANSI/ISA 84.00.01:2004-1 for functional safety assessments.
Assessment deliverables include Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and a Safety Requirements Specification (SRS)
Mechanical Design
We undertake the design of complex mechanical plant.
We coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop a design solutions. We co-ordinate with our clients, other engineering consultants, testing contractors, and constuction teams. On completion, the design reports are indexed and collated, including all design documents, for issue to construction teams.
